How do they do it? By recycling surpluses, choosing only organic certified materials and operating a zero-km supply chain, which means small-scale, family-owned factories in the center and northern part of Portugal.

Founded in 2016, Näz collections can be found online and in more than 26 concept stores across Europe.
Overview
The main focus for Näz was to provide customers with accurate size recommendations. After a few months using Sizefox, they can now report a steady increase in conversion rates and a decrease in return rates of 2%.
The Challenge
The initiator of the project is Marta Ferreira, Marketing Specialist at Näz. She explains that the main goal was to offer their customers a simplified way to understand which size would fit them better, therefore giving them more confidence in purchasing. At the same time, the Näz team also wanted to reduce the time spent in answering customer requests related to sizing.

The Solution
After a smooth and quick implementation, Näz went live with the widget and moved to the testing phase.
The results of the testing phase have been impressive: Sizefox helped Näz reduce returns by 2%, while helping them increase their conversion rates and lowering the time-to-conversion.
