Blvck needed to find a solution to reduce returns and decrease customer doubts related to sizing. After implementing Sizefox with the goal of providing accurate size recommendations to their customer, Blvck managed to successfully decrease the amount of size-related questions addressed to their customer support.
As a direct-to-customer brand selling mainly online, Blvck gets a large amount of customer requests about sizing. In spite of having size guides implemented on their product pages, they realized this was not the most user-friendly method to support the buyer with accurate size recommendations.
They were therefore keen on looking for an interactive and fast method to assist customers and reduce returns due to sizing.
